Brilliant violet-purple with a triangular watermark and a wide yellow-green triangular throat. This daylily honors Frances and Gordon Marlette of the Eli Whitney community in North Carolina. Gordon was a farmer, fireman, and daylily breeder; Frances, an educator and daylily grower. Both were smart, witty, and always good company.
